Before you confirm your time, you'll be asked a couple of quick questions about your business, nothing complicated, just enough so the call gets straight to what actually matters for you.

If you already use QuickBooks Online with your accounts connected, most of your data is already visible once you invite us as your bookkeeper, so no upload is needed. If your books need a deeper look or a catch-up, we'll ask for specific documents after the call, once we know what's actually needed.

If you'd like us to review your QuickBooks file ahead of time, just add our firm as an accountant on your account. It takes about a minute and doesn't give us access to move any money.

Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the primary admin.
Click the Gear icon (top right), then select Manage Users.
Select the Accountants tab (labeled Accounting Firms on some versions).
Enter hello@plainlybooked.com and select Invite.
